What I Do

I manage commercial data delivery for RedSail's pharmacy-data monetization platform. I own nearly 40 live production feeds to 30+ pharma manufacturer, RWE, and alt-data organizations. That spans 18 manufacturer copay assistance and voucher discount programs, clinical program feeds, and the de-identified, patient-level tokenized claims data licensed for analytics on a 7-figure ARR platform.

Two distinct motions. The program feeds are DUA-governed and operational, held to latency, coverage, and reliability commitments. The analytics products go out as tokenized de-identified feeds, as identified PHI into customer-controlled AWS or Azure environments for buyers running their own tokenization engines, and as cross-source combined feeds joining multiple pharmacy systems.

I own the de-identification lifecycle end to end: identified pharmacy transactions in, de-identification and Expert Determination certification, patient-level tokenization, then delivery into the customer's own environment. I manage the tokenization vendor relationship behind it.

Delivery runs across a multi-cloud estate of AWS and Azure and multiple Snowflake accounts. I am consolidating customer feeds onto a shared combined-feed pipeline to cut per-customer tokenization and processing cost, retiring redundant legacy pipelines while holding delivery continuity for every account.

The Differentiation

Pharmacy transaction data is not claims data, and customer engineering teams usually find that out mid-integration. I set the technical standard for how customers consume NCPDP-standard pharmacy data: join-key design, cross-source reconciliation, and file-format decisions across every customer integration. I provide the same technical framing on business development calls and contract reviews so commercial commitments match delivery reality.

I partner with business development on deals from technical review through delivery execution: sit in on new-business conversations, review draft contracts for delivery feasibility, then execute end-to-end through engineering handoff and customer stakeholder communication. I coordinate cross-product data sourcing across RedSail alongside our VP.

Regulatory & Data Governance

HIPAA compliance, Expert Determination coordination with third-party evaluators, proof-of-delivery audit trails, and provenance documentation for customer legal reviews. Building the engineering function — hiring, code standards, deployment discipline (Airflow, Terraform, GitHub Actions) — to remove single-person dependencies from customer delivery.

Technical Focus

Background

Before RedSail I was Director, Full Stack Development at Nimble Solutions from 2021 to 2025, reporting to the CIO. I built out and managed the software and RPA engineering teams across US and offshore, plus a project manager, and later took on the data team. The software team shipped a microservices .NET AR reimbursement work queue on an n-tiered architecture with full monitoring and observability, lifting rep throughput to 30+ claims/day, and integrated 20+ practice management systems into a unified data warehouse via RPA-based extraction, Azure function apps, and custom API integrations through Availity and Waystar. Across four healthcare acquisitions I supported technical due diligence alongside our VP of Infrastructure, CISO, and CIO, then integrated the acquired applications into our platform.
